Program Features
A group orientation session provides information about how the program works, introduces The Key SLI team, gives participants an   opportunity to ask questions and to complete registration

Once accepted into the program then The Key SLI team works initially with each participant individually.  In addition to individualized assessment and workout plans, participants will receive instruction in breathing, meditation, self-concept and character building exercises.

Each session is approximately 75-90 minutes.
